Account

Before you can buy, you need to create an account/profile, or you can place your order as a guest user. To register click here REGISTER . When entering data, pay attention to uppercase/lowercase letters and spaces. If the process is successful you will receive a confirmation email (also check your junk mail/spam). You will be able to modify all your data at any time within your account. Registration allows you to accumulate points with the exclusive YOUandLCI program, access advantageous discounts and stay updated on news and promotions.

Of course, you need to log in to your account to be able to see and edit them. You can consult and modify the sections according to your needs.

Devices and equipment

All electrical devices have a 2-year guarantee which does NOT cover parts subject to wear or faults attributable to incorrect use/cleaning of the appliance. Devices purchased with VAT have a 1-year warranty.

Modification and cancellation of orders

No, it is not possible to modify/integrate orders once completed. Products cannot be added by paying them separately and articles cannot be replaced even if they are of the same price. If the order has not yet been shipped we can change it through customer service. Orders can only be canceled by our operators by contacting them by phone.

The refund takes place very quickly but in any case within 14 days according to the provisions of the law. In the event that you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped, we will refund you less shipping costs.

Address Changes

Make sure you have entered all the data correctly before confirming the order. To ship to an alternative address, simply choose it from the saved ones or you can create a completely new one. Once the order has been sent, you will not be able to change the address.

Immediately after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email (also check your junk mail). Another way to check the status of the order is to log in to the site and view the "my orders" section. If the order is "In preparation", "payment accepted" or  "Awaiting transfer", it means that it was successful. If, on the other hand, you don't see any confirmed orders or your attempts are "under verification" or "rejected payment", contact us.

After choosing the shipping address, proceeding with checkout, during the payment phase, in the "Additional information" section you can enter "tax code or VAT number" and "PEC or Unique Code" The invoice will be sent within 14 days from the date of the order inside the tax drawer and in PDF format by email. If you have not entered the SDI code and the pec, the invoice will be sent directly to the Revenue Agency and you will have to download it yourself or through your accountant.

Our products are for professional use therefore technical knowledge is required for their safe use. By ticking "I accept the terms" and the return policy, you declare that you are able to use the products or use them under the supervision of a professional in the sector. We therefore advise you to choose based on your experience and/or ability.

Payments

The payment methods are: cash on delivery (only in Italy), bank transfer, credit/prepaid card, Paypal, Scalapay, Amazon Pay or Satispay

Cash on delivery provides for a surcharge of 2.50 euros, already calculated in the total order and must necessarily be made in cash. Cash on delivery is only possible for amounts of less than 1000 euros. We remind you that you will have to prepare the right amount, the courier cannot give change.
The Cash on Delivery payment method is valid only in Italy.

Scalapay allows you to pay in three monthly installments and immediately receive the purchased products. The first installment will be charged at the time of purchase, while the subsequent ones after 30 and 60 days; it is available for any amount. Satispay is a free app available for iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones that allows you to make payments in physical and online stores, exchange money with friends, pay taxes, utilities and stamp duties, and make donations.

Problems/clarifications relating to payments.

Since April 2021, banks/post offices have implemented a protection system for online transactions. At the end of the purchase operation, your bank/post office could send you a password, a text message or a notification via app with a code to be entered to confirm the payment. In the event that you do not receive it, promptly contact your bank/post office to request authorization. Once your order has been confirmed, the wording "payment accepted" will appear in the "my orders" section and we will send you a confirmation via email. When the order is successful you will receive a confirmation via email. Remember to also check your junk/spam mail.

If the payment by card/paypal is not successful you will see your order "under verification", after a few minutes it will be automatically rejected by the system. No, it is not possible to change orders once completed under any circumstances, not even the payment method. If the order has not yet been shipped we can cancel it to allow you to redo it. We will manage your order only after receiving the accounting from the bank (from 1 to 3 working days) and not when you have made the payment, in this regard it is not necessary to send the slip by email. In the meantime your order will remain "waiting for the transfer". What was previously communicated also applies to instant transfers.

Delivery issues

After one or two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be kept in storage at the warehouse for about 10 days. At the end of this period, if you have never contacted us to provide us with information on the shipment, the courier will return it to us. As soon as we receive the package we will cancel and refund the order within 14 days, less the shipping costs. It is very important to follow the status of the shipment.

The order may have been picked up by a family member or neighbor. In this case a search should be done to confirm the loss. Otherwise send an email to europa@lcicosmetics.com indicating the order number.

If the name indicated on your order does not match the name indicated on the intercom or the street number provided is not visible or incorrect, the courier will not know who to deliver to. It will then report "unknown recipient" or "unknown delivery". Send us an email to europa@lcicosmetics.com indicating your order number and requesting redelivery or reply to the courier's automatic email. The next day, remember to put a note with the correct name on your intercom.

Before contacting us, make sure that the following data you entered in your order are correct: the name indicated must correspond to the name on the intercom; if it is a public establishment or a company, specify it in the "name" field; in the "street" field you filled in there is no misleading information or "intercom at 45", "at a restaurant" and the like. The reading of the address is done through computer systems therefore the information that does not belong to the address can compromise the success of the delivery; the zip code corresponds to the municipality/city of residence. Out of stock products and shopping tips

We cannot tell you exactly when the products will be back in stock but, except for emergencies, supply is rapid. By clicking on "NOTIFY ME AS SOON AS AVAILABLE" you will be notified when the product can be purchased again.

After-sales returns

You can return one or more products that you purchased on the LCI Cosmetics website within 14 days from the date you received the items. In order to make a return, you must receive authorization. Send an email including the order number and photograph of the products concerned to europa@lcicosmetics.com. ATTENTION: it is only possible to return unused and intact products, including the original seal where present. If the reason for the return should be a change of opinion (withdrawal), the cost of shipping the product will be borne by the buyer, the previous clause remains valid: only intact and unused products can be returned.

As soon as your return is processed and verified by the competent office, we will refund you. Refunds for orders originally paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer are made by bank transfer within 15 working days.

When the courier delivers your order, if you find any discrepancies in the packaging, accept the package "WITH RESERVE". In this way, if you find damaged products inside, we can take action against the courier. Discounts and discount codes

Shipping France - Europe - United Kingdom and Ireland

The link will not be active immediately, wait a few hours and at the latest the following morning you will see the shipment details. If sent on Saturday, the link will be active from Monday.

Schedules and costs

Shipping times: from the moment your order is confirmed, it will leave our warehouse in a maximum of 2 working days*. *Sundays and public holidays excluded. Delivery times: when your order is entrusted to the courier, it will take around 24/72* hours to deliver it. *Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays Times may vary according to promotional periods, sales or holidays. The actual shipping and delivery times will be communicated after the order confirmation email. Any delay in shipments will be indicated on the site before sending the order. 

Except in particular periods or during promotions, the preparation of the order takes place within 1/2 working days. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready to be entrusted to the courier. The courier will then have 24/48 hours to make the delivery. ATTENTION: if the email address is incorrect, no communication will ever be successful.
