Here are all the secrets and tips from LCI Cosmetics on applying Base Coats, including special and non-wipe formulas.

Required products and accessories: Pressed cotton pad, Orange wood sticks, UV/Led lamp, Buffer 100/180, Brush, Base Coat (any LCI Base), FluidPro Remover
1 - Take the finishing block and uniformly buff the nail.
2 - Now, first with the brush, then with a cotton pad moistened with FluidPro (ACETONE), clean the nail surface of dusty residues.
3 - Apply the Nail Prep (degreaser) first, and after a couple of minutes (allowing the NailPrep to air dry), apply the Primer (again, wait for the Primer to air dry for a few minutes).
4 - Apply a THIN and EVEN layer of Base (Classic, HemaFree, DryFix, Restructura), being careful not to touch the cuticles. Do not leave any part of the nail uncovered by the base. Check carefully by looking at the surface against the light. Cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
5 - Wipe off the dispersion (sticky layer) or excess product, by quickly swiping each nail with a pad soaked (but not too much) in FluidPro (acetone).
6 - At this point, lightly buff the surface of the nails with a 180 grit buffer. At this stage, if we are not satisfied with the shape of the nails, we can still refine them with a file. Remove the product dust using a brush.
Now we are ready to proceed with the application of the Semi-permanent Color.

Che differenza c'è tra le basi LCI?
Base Classic, DryFix e HemaFree sono le basi coat classiche che si utilizzano per il semipermanente. Per utilizzi particolari come ricostruzione, soluzione ad avvallamenti o problemi della superficie dell'unghia, oppure per fare il semipermanente rinforzato, esistono le Basi Speciali.
Cambia il modo per applicarle?
No, in questo video facciamo vedere un metodo e consigli idonei all'applicazione di tutte le basi coat e basi speciali.
Quanti passaggi devo fare di base?
Basta solo un passaggio e soprattutto che sia omogeneo, ossia che non lasci superficie dell'unghia senza prodotto e sottile.
È obbligatorio utilizzare Primer e Nail Prep?
Non è obbligatorio ma assolutamente consigliabile. L'unghia sviluppa naturalmente una patina di grasso che non permette una buona aderenza della base. Con il Nail Prep e il Primer andiamo a ridurre drasticamente la presenza dello stesso, garantendo così un'ottima aderenza.
Perché la base a volte si solleva o non asciuga bene?
Affinché non si presentino tali problematiche consigliamo che vengano svolti i passaggi in maniera molto scrupolosa. Solo facendo attenzione a tutti gli accorgimenti elencati potrai avere un risultato impeccabile.
Che base scelgo per fare il semipermanente rinforzato?
Suggeriamo Restructura che è una Gum Base ideale per questo oppure, per chi vuole una struttura ancora più forte, consigliamo Monolite, ossia una base con fibre di nylon.
Il semipermanente LCI va via con l'impacco (Soak Off) o con la fresa?
Dipende da che base usi. Tutte le basi classiche (Classic, Hema Free, DryFix) e Restructura sono Soak Off, ossia si rimuovono con il metodo impacco di acetone; Monolite e Infinity si rimuovono con l'ausilio di una fresa elettrica.
