HOW TO APPLY SEMI-PERMANENT NAIL POLISH
SEMI-PERMANENT REMOVAL
USAGE
Nail preparation Accessories: Gloves - Nail file - Cuticle nippers - Finishing block - Cuticle pusher - Compressed cotton pads - Disinfectant - FluidPro®
Let's put on gloves and start.
1 Spray tools and client's hands with disinfectant. Dry hands thoroughly with a towel.
2 With cuticle nippers, trim excess cuticles
3 Push small cuticles along the perimeter of the nail, using a cuticle pusher or an orange wood stick
4 Use the file (180 grit side) to shape the nails as desired
5* Take the finishing block and uniformly buff the nail to remove shine
6* Now, with a cotton pad moistened with FluidPro, clean the nail surface of any dust residue
Application of LCI Semi-Permanent Nail Polish
Accessories: Color - Base - Top - Compressed cotton pads - Cleaner - FluidPro® - UV or LED lamp - Cuticle oil
7* Apply a THIN and EVEN layer of Base, being careful not to touch the cuticles
8* Cure in a UV lamp for 120 sec. (in a LED lamp for 60 sec.)
9 Now, with a DRY pad, remove the dispersion layer released by the Base, passing it over the nail surface. Don't be afraid, do it firmly.
What is dispersion? Dispersion can be caused by both the Base and the Top. It is a thin and sticky layer caused by an excessive amount of product applied.
10* Apply the first coat of color (we recommend 3 coats in total). Again, try not to stain the cuticles and apply it evenly and thinly. Cure in a UV lamp for 120 sec. (in a LED lamp for 60 sec.) REPEAT THIS STEP 3 TIMES (3 coats of color)
11 Now we are ready to apply the Top. Apply an even, thin layer and cure in a UV lamp for 240 sec., which is 2 timer cycles (in a LED lamp for 120 sec.).
12* Take a compressed cotton square, moisten it with Cleaner, and clean the surface from the Top's dispersion layer.
13 At this point, we can apply cuticle oil, distributing a small amount around the perimeter of each nail. Gently massage the fingers and congratulations, we have finished our semi-permanent manicure!
USEFUL TIPS
5* Be careful not to leave any part of the nail shiny. Always check against the light that the entire surface is completely buffed.
6* Warning: after completing this process, never touch the nail again for any reason, as you could re-grease it, which could lead to future adhesion problems.
7* Do not leave any part of the nail uncovered by the base. Check this, again, by looking at the surface against the light. Make sure it is a thin layer; otherwise, a thick layer could cause problems with color durability and excessive dispersion.
8* Be careful to position your hand well so that all fingers are uniformly under the light beam. Do not bend your thumb too much, but try to extend it as best you can.
10* We should not rush to see a completely opaque effect right away; complete all the steps thoroughly. If you stain the cuticles or skin, clean with an orange wood stick moistened with FluidPro before curing in the lamp.
12* To remove the Top's dispersion, you can also use FluidPro instead of Cleaner. But be careful, in this case, the pass over the nail surface must be quick and light to avoid dulling the result.
IMPORTANT: Apply the product (base, color, top) also to the tip of the nail before curing in the lamp (TIP SEALING technique). This will ensure long-lasting nail polish.
