HOW TO APPLY SEMI-PERMANENT
SEMI-PERMANENT REMOVAL
USE
Nail preparation Accessories: Gloves - File - Nippers - Finishing block - Cuticle pusher - Pressed cotton pad - Disinfectant - FluidPro®
Let's put on our gloves and get started.
1. Spray the client's instruments and hands with disinfectant. Dry your hands thoroughly with a towel.
2 Using the nippers, we cut off the excess cuticles
3 Push back the small cuticles along the perimeter of the nail, using the cuticle pusher or the orange stick
4 We use the file (side 180) to give the nails the preferred shape
5* Take the finishing block and evenly mattify the nail
6* Now with a cotton pad moistened with FluidPro, we clean the surface of the nail from dusty residues
Application of LCI Semi-Permanent
Accessories: Color - Base - Top - Pressed cotton pad - Cleaner - FluidPro® - UV or LED lamp - Cuticle oil
7* Apply a THIN and EVEN layer of Base, being careful not to touch the cuticles
8* Catalyze in a UV lamp for 120 seconds (in a LED lamp 60 seconds)
9 Now, using a DRY pad, remove the residue released by the Base, running it over the nail surface. Don't be afraid, do it firmly.
What is dispersion? Dispersion can be caused by either the base or the top coat. It's a thin, sticky layer caused by too much product being applied.
10* Apply the first coat of color (we recommend 3 coats total). Again, try not to get it on the cuticles and apply it evenly and thinly. Cure under a UV lamp for 120 seconds (60 seconds under a LED lamp). Repeat this step three times (3 coats of color).
11 Now we're ready to apply the top coat. Apply a thin, even layer and cure in a UV lamp for 240 seconds, or 2 timer cycles (120 seconds in a LED lamp).
12* Take a small square of pressed cotton, moisten it with the Cleaner and clean the surface from the Top dispersion.
13 At this point, we can apply the cuticle oil, distributing a small amount around the perimeter of each nail. Gently massage your fingers and congratulations, we've completed our semi-permanent manicure!
USEFUL TIPS
5* Be careful not to leave any part of the nail shiny. Always check against the light to ensure the entire surface is completely matte.
6* Be careful, after completing this process, never touch the nail again for any reason, as this could grease it again and this will create possible problems with its hold in the future.
7* Don't leave any part of the nail uncovered. Check this too by holding the surface up to the light. Make sure it's a thin layer; otherwise, a thick layer could cause color fade and longevity issues.
8* Be careful to position your hand correctly, so that all your fingers are facing evenly under the light bulbs. Don't bend your thumb too much, but try to straighten it as best you can.
10* There's no need to rush to see a full coverage effect right away; finish each step carefully. If you get any smudges on your cuticles or skin, clean them with an orange stick moistened with FluidPro before curing in the lamp.
12* To eliminate any Top Coat dispersion, you can also use FluidPro instead of Cleaner. But be careful, in this case, the application on the nail surface must be quick and light to avoid dulling the result.
IMPORTANT: Apply the product (base, color, top coat) to the tip of the nail before curing in the lamp (tip closure technique). This will ensure the polish lasts a long time.
